LOEWE’s new department will offer a curated range of exclusive accessories, clothes, bags and shoes, where this department will also be LOEWE’s first and pure destination in Sweden, as well as an extension of NK’s work to strengthen its position as the obvious destination for luxury brands. LOEWE has been in NK since 2019 where the department was limited to accessories and bags. Now they are expanding the offer with, among other things, ready-to-wear, shoes and a wider selection of bags/accessories, on a triple surface on the entrance floor. Gentle Monster x D’heygere 11:17 AM Thursday, July 6, 2023 Gentle Monster x D’heygere presents an original eyewear collaboration, uniting the brands’ creative identities by incorporating the jewelry of French fashion accessory brand D’heygere into the original eyewear designs of Gentle Monster. In a creative attempt to redefine jewelry and fashion eyewear, the collection features eyewear with temples adorned with rings and earrings, reestablishing the frame itself to be a piece of jewelry. The collaboration package, which elegantly reinterprets the two brands’ formal identities, is reminiscent of jewelry boxes. The Belgian creative director, Stephanie D’heygere remarks, “The delicately designed products led this collaboration to open a new chapter of eyewear by attempting a unique method of combining frame with jewelry as a structure, not simply attaching it to the frame. It made us take the next step on typical jewelry eyewear.” The collaboration campaign features a bizarre and unique wedding between Gentle Monster and D’heygere. Ready to live a second life. Upcycled Recycled is one of Maanesten’s contributions to take responsibility, and they’re in an ever-evolving process to do better ¬– by transforming existing materials and giving them new life, they get a step closer. All jewelry is handmade at Maanestens workshop in Copenhagen and may vary in looks with traces of a lived life. The very limited, handmade collection are available in stores and online since July 3. For this year’s, ‘Love is Not a Crime’ campaign, the focus is on hate speech against the LGBTIQ+ community.In recent years, we have seen an increase in hate speech targeting people and organisations throughout the world,based on sexual orientation, gender identity and sex characteristics.Hate speech has serious consequences on the safety and mental health of those targeted, and forces them to withdraw from public debate.Hate speech removes the voice of the LGBTIQ+ community, crucially damaging the freedom of expression. ROTATE joins forces with Amnesty International Denmark to build awareness and raise money for the 2023 campaign,in collaboration with A-Management and ELLE Denmark. In aid of the efforts, ROTATE have created two Limited-Edition Charity Tees, featuring ROTATE’s signature flair.All proceeds from the Tees will be go towards Amnesty International Denmark’s further advocation of the‘Love is Not a Crime’ campaign and year-round dedication to supporting the LGBTIQ+ community.
