Becore launches Sculpt - a new strength training concept
Swedish wellness brand Becore is expanding its training offering with Sculpt, a new strength-focused class that combines heavier free weights with the studio’s signature emphasis on precision, technique and personal coaching. Launching in mid-September 2026, the new concept also introduces matching Sculpt Tights and Sculpt Bra to Becore’s activewear collection.
The launch reflects a growing shift in women’s fitness habits, as more people embrace progressive strength training and heavier resistance while seeking structured, high-quality coaching in smaller group settings. “We’re seeing that our clients are becoming more knowledgeable about training and are asking for greater variety. Above all, there’s growing interest in lifting heavier weights,” says Hélène Barkman, CEO and founder of Becore.
Developed in-house by Becore, Sculpt blends traditional strength training principles with the personalised experience the brand is known for. Using dumbbells, resistance bands, Pilates balls, and ankle and wrist weights, the class focuses on controlled movement, progressive overload and technical execution. Unlike conventional gym workouts, participants follow a fully instructor-led programme, with coaches providing individual guidance on technique, positioning and load throughout each session.
To accompany the launch, Becore is expanding its activewear range with garments specifically designed for the new training method. The Sculpt collection forms part of the brand’s broader lifestyle universe, alongside its training equipment and accessories.
Founded in 2013, Becore has grown into one of Stockholm’s leading boutique fitness brands, recently opening its fifth studio at Karlaplan. With Sculpt, the company continues its long-term vision of creating a complete training ecosystem where strength, mobility, endurance and recovery complement one another under one roof.
