Jimmy Choo Spring 2027 Women's Collection
A collection of characters – individuals, and individuality. The Jimmy Choo Spring 2027 collection revels in differences, dichotomies and oppositions: minimalism with decoration, opulence with purity, the everyday with the extraordinary. It is a multifaceted wardrobe, of perspectives on today, and perspectives on Jimmy Choo.
“Glamour doesn’t always have to be expected. It can be anywhere, on anyone. It’s a spirit, it’s how you feel. That idea really informed the collection – the idea of contrasts and contradictions, of Jimmy Choo not as a look but as an energy, as a feeling. I wanted to create something instinctive, full of possibilities.” Sandra Choi
The essential identity of Jimmy Choo is expressed through styles that champion savoir-faire, attention to detail and an ever-transforming idea of the feminine – notions at the root of every Jimmy Choo creation. These designs are eclectic and bold, playful and decidedly unapologetic – clashing patterns, finishes, colours and techniques. There are no boundaries.
The Spring 2027 collection was presented during Milan Fashion Week, framed by a serene space reminiscent of a library or museum gallery. Unanchored by time or locale, as with Jimmy Choo’s signature play on opposites, this environment may be simultaneously historic and modern, old and new: forming a contemplative backdrop, for a house entering a new decade marked by its 31st year. Standing sentinel throughout are life-sized golden statues. They are hyper-real studies, of a mythologised Jimmy Choo woman, caught mid-transformation as she moves from day to night, mood to mood, identity to identity. Here, her presence and character are magnified by her shoes and accessories. Born of a meticulous process harmonising technology and the human hand, the sculptures are a fitting echo of Jimmy Choo’s approach to each piece: unhurried, exacting, and built to last lifetimes.
