Dev Hynes Stars in New Levi’s® Campaign Exploring the Tension Between Grit and Polish

Levi’s® unveils a new brand campaign for Spring Summer 2026, handing the creative reins to musician, producer, and style innovator Dev Hynes. Known for embracing contradiction through his work as Blood Orange, Hynes brings his distinctive vision to a campaign that explores the dynamic tension between grit and polish.

Centered on the brand’s latest grunge and preppy pieces, the campaign invites Hynes to interpret the collection through his own creative lens. Styled and creatively directed by Hynes himself, and photographed by longtime collaborator Katharina Korbjuhn, the visuals were captured in Los Angeles and rooted in the emotional atmosphere of his song Somewhere in Between from his critically acclaimed album Essex Honey. The imagery features Hynes mixing classic and contemporary silhouettes, from unconventional takes on the Authentic Button Down to layered pairings of the Clayton Leather Aviator and the Hayes Boxy Full Zip Hoodie, as well as baggy denim styled with refined, preppy textures. Shot across artful studio sets and raw rehearsal spaces, including intimate street performances, the campaign reflects a deliberate contrast that defines both the collection and Hynes’ personal style.
