Olga Valeska is a self-taught fine art photographer from France. Though she found an early interest in art, through painting, drawing, writing, sculpting, making objects and costumes, it was not until age 20 that she realized the fantastic medium of photography, allowing her to combine her diverse passions.

According to Valeska, photography is a true form of art; she creates her own costumes, sets, hairstyles, and make-up and incorporates role play. She does not lay claim to her self-portraits, seeing them more as vehicles for storytelling than braggadocio.
