Georg Jensen is set to release the Vivianna Torun Celebration Collection in September 2024, paying tribute to the visionary creations of Vivianna Torun Bülow-Hübe, one of the world's first renowned female silversmiths. This new collection is a series of unique jewelry pieces, all originally designed by the Swedish silversmith during her close collaboration with Georg Jensen, which began in 1967.

Vivianna Torun drew much of her inspiration for these designs from nature, incorporating gemstones such as black agate, blue topaz, and rock crystal, which she described as resembling “a drop of water dripping from a leaf.” Her innovative work challenged the traditional norms of design and femininity in the mid-20th century, revolutionizing modern jewelry and silversmithing.

Torun's designs are celebrated for their organic forms, minimalist aesthetics, and functional elegance, reflecting her deep understanding of the interplay between form and function. The Vivianna Torun Celebration Collection stands as a testament to her enduring legacy in the design world.

The collection will be available globally in Georg Jensen stores and online starting in September 2024.
