															Casall presents Breathe the Beat, an immersive breathwork experience designed to reconnect body and mind for optimal performance.
“It all begins with the body. Through breathwork, we recalibrate it, balancing body and mind and setting the stage for your best performance. Intentional breathing deepens your connection to yourself, optimises oxygen flow, and helps you perform under pressure,” says Christina Ericsson, Global Chief Marketing Officer at Casall.
The pop-up event introduced a transcendent breathwork class that engaged body, mind, and soul within a sensory soundscape. In this multi-sensory environment, breath becomes an anchor, a rhythmic pulse that grounds awareness and sharpens presence. Guided by the mantra “You only have one,” participants were invited to celebrate the beauty of their bodies and to challenge their limits, awakening deeper awareness and precision in every breath.
“Our breathwork techniques strengthen the diaphragm and engage the core, improving stability, posture, and movement efficiency. By connecting body, breath, and mind, we cultivate balance, enhancing not only workouts but overall health, energy, and emotional resilience,” adds Ericsson.
For more than four decades, Casall has designed with the body as its muse, translating an intimate understanding of movement, training, and form into garments where quality and function meet aesthetic refinement. During the event, Casall unveiled the new Sub Zero capsule collection, a winter interpretation of the brand’s Bodycentric philosophy.
“Braving the Nordic winter requires a unique kind of performance expertise,” says Louise Åkerlund, Head of Design at Casall. “For the first time, we’ve developed a complete layering system for outdoor training. Our Bodycentric approach evolves for colder climates, featuring insulating materials, reflective details, and breathable padding.”
