Grace Wales Bonner Appointed Creative Director of Hermès Men’s Ready-to-Wear

Hermès announces the appointment of Grace Wales Bonner as Creative Director of Men’s Ready-to-Wear. Known for her thoughtful and cross-cultural approach to menswear, Wales Bonner brings a decade of innovative design through her eponymous label, where craftsmanship and cultural narrative intertwine.
A graduate of Central Saint Martins, she has been recognized with numerous awards, including the CFDA International Men’s Designer of the Year (2021) and British Menswear Designer of the Year (2024).
Pierre-Alexis Dumas, General Artistic Director of Hermès, welcomes her as “a voice that bridges heritage and modernity, craft and culture.”
Wales Bonner will present her first collection for Hermès in January 2027, marking the beginning of a new creative chapter for the house.
