After a haircutthis morning and some vegetarian dumplings for lunch, I went to see a movie by Emile Zile. The art gallery Färgfabriken and BUS projects from Australia had organized the performance, a minibus with a movie screening on Liljeholmstorget, where they showed his 30 minutes long movie. The movie synchronized three films about King Kong from three different epochs and the sound and editing of it made a strong impression. An interesting observation on the different ways of telling a story. But most of all I really love this initiative and think it is a very exciting way to put art in the public space and make it accessible for all, something that really should be encouraged!
