SILENT MACHINE

This Tea Service Set by Eunjae Lee is amazing. I love the shapes and the matte grey and black.
“A tea service set, Silent Machine, is composed by functional products reflecting aesthetic interpretations on function-focused forms. Every single object can be identified when it is utilized as a part of the whole. Mathematically formulated silhouettes and details contribute to creating an image of mechanical regularity rather than being emphasized on their ornamentation.”

VDJ HOME

Some month ago I got an e-mail from Charlotte at VDJ HOME. She asked me to make some of my leather hangers for their shop. I love the pictures, thank you so much! Now available at VDJ MAISON BOUTIQUE.
If you want more information about the STRAP and where it could be bought, just send me an e-mail.
LIBRARY LAMP

Library Lamp by Andreas Martin-Löf Architects for Monocle.
“The minimalist design of this library lamp will not only hold your books in place but also illuminate your shelves with a soft, upwards-facing light. Made by hand out of solid brass, it features a yellow woven cord with electronic dimmer for setting the right mood in a cosy den.”
HANG JACK

Hang Jack by the really talented German design duo 45 KILO.
“The HANGING JACKS are nothing but multiple sockets hanging from the ceiling, thus made to fit well into your working or living surroundings. This hand soldered and polished brass version offers 16 outlets, that will turn electricity and wiring into something you no longer want to hide.” Don’t miss out their other great products and furnitures.
WEAVE

Weave is a new cupboard designed by Lukas Dahlén.
“Inspired by the most common kind of wood and weed weaving the Weave cupboard represents an enlarged version of the technique of weaving something soft around a more stable structure. The top and bottom plane of the cupboard is held together by sticks kept together like a Windsor chair. Four of the sticks continue down to become legs and two are used as hinges. The weave covers the insides and serves as decoration.”
