El Greco
El Hangar, San Telmo, El Greco and Tintoretto

The plan about Bilbao had to wait until tomorrow. The weather was so good that we decided to stay in San Seb. Aviva and I found a store we’d been looking for, I bought a pale pink blouse with a with collar and a black bow. The store is called El Hangar and is a very feminine, cute and elegant brand. It is also originally from San Seb, which a appreciate.
We also visited the museum San Telmo. There we where able to see a couple of paintings by El Greco and a huge painting by Tintoretto. The information about the artists was quite limited which was a disappointment for me. The museum is partly located in an old Dominican monastery from the 16th century, a heavy and impressing building.
Tomorrow Bilbao and Guggenheim.
Branislav Jankic for Interview Russia, April 2012

Like a painting from the 17th century. Stunning and seductive, this is a bit of fashion photography poetry. Sinners & Saints was shot by Branislav Jankic and styled by Gro Curtis for Interview Russia, April 2012. The beautiful model in the close up is 17 year old Anne-Sophie Monrad from Germany. As you can see this was inspired by The Last Supper and as you might now or not, I’m a history student and I love fashion with a historical reference. This photo reminds me a bit of the artist El Greco, I will be able to see his work at one of the museums in San Sebastián. I’ve seen one of his paintings at the National Museum in Stockholm and I’ve of curse read about him in art class. He is actually on of my favorite artist representing the mannerism movement/style.
Tomorrow afternoon I will be in on of the best cities, with some of the best people, Ludvig, Majaq, Ola and Marco.
I’ll see you in Barcelona.
