Linda Marina Portman moved from a small town in Sweden to New York in 1998 to study Fashion Marketing Merchandising. In January of 2000 she started working at The New York Times Magazine’s Style department where Portman worked under the legendary editor Amy Spindler as a Fashion Associate. In 2006 she decided to move back to Sweden to start a career as a Freelance Fashion Stylist and is now based out of London.
Her international reputation has led to her collaborating with designers and musicians in London, New York and Stockholm. Portman is Odalisque’s Fashion Director and currently styles for Crash (where she is one of the Fashion Editors), Material Girl, Paper, Pop.com and shoots for Darizine.
